A recent article posted by Yahoo! HotJobs gives insight about the top paying jobs that will result from Obama's Stimulus Plan. According to the article, he has recently signed two bills to improve funding and create more jobs - in a wide variety of fields and with good salaries. And the best news? Many of the jobs don't require a four-year degree, so job searchers can break into these fields quickly, with an associates degree or just a certification program. One example is a Solar Panel Installer.

President Obama has made cleaner, greener energy use a top administration priority. The ARRA includes funding for the installation of solar panels to cut energy use at many federal buildings ... and that means someone with an understanding of electric, water and heating systems will need to climb up on the rooftops and put up these systems. Training programs may be as short as six months, Shatkin notes.

Government can create work, but not jobs. Work is ordering a hole dug then filled.Jobs are created by consumer demand.There will be a endless supply of rhetoric about how many jobs were made, but the fact is, government must steal to spend, and when it steals, the stolen resources are not spent elsewhere. And a politicians pen does not create consumer demand - which is required for a job to be maintained.
