Prior to creating JB Training Solutions, Brad spent 15 years in the human resources department at advertising giant Leo Burnett in Chicago, and was tasked with the responsibility of hiring and training hundreds of employees. Brad conducts training at major companies including Abbott Laboratories, ConocoPhillips, Walgreens, Discover, Dick's Sporting Goods, The Chicago Blackhawks, and The Big Ten Network, among many others. As a speaker at the 2012 National Society for Human Resource Management Conference, Brad was rated 3rd out of more than 150 speakers.

He later owned and operated a thriving independent retail operation in Texas, and worked as the Marketing & Creative Director for the Houston Rockets NBA franchise. He also served as the Vice President of Marketing for Four Hands Imports, which made Inc. Magazine's 500 Fastest Growing Companies list three times. He currently consults on sales and marketing for Top 100 companies in multiple industries including SRC, the holding company of business icon Jack Stack, the father of open book management.

As the former Learning and Development Director at the AAA Five Diamond-rated Waldorf Astoria Chicago (previously the Elysian Hotel) and the former Learning Manager at The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Jennifer brings a rich perspective in leadership, management, service, hospitality and presentation skills training. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Drake University and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning from DePaul University. She is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator administrator and certified in California Psychological Inventory 260. Jennifer was recognized by The New York Times for the training she developed to foster "intuitive service" in organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mark brings a strategist's sensibility and coach's enthusiasm to JB Training Solutions. Through his international work with companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Baxter Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield Association and Kraft Foods, he consistently receives high marks for his creativity, professionalism and highly-engaging presentation style. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Temple University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University. Prior to joining JB Training Solutions, Mark served as the Chair of the Training and Development Interest Group of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, former President for the Chicagoland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and he was nominated for the society's National Board of Directors.
Courtney has over seven years of experience in the training and development field. Courtney spearheads JB Training Solutions' strategic planning, business development, and program design. Courtney sits on the Board of Chicago SHRM, and she is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
